RESIDENT:  PERSONALLY OWN / RENT A RESIDENCY IN-DISTRICT

Students MUST be 4 years of age on or before September 1^st, 2025, to qualify for PreK enrollment and September 1^st, 2024 for kindergarten. Please bring the required documentation to complete enrollment. PreK or newly enrolling kindergarten students who reside in the district MUST bring the following documentation:

•  Birth Certificate
• Immunization / Shot Record with up-to-date vaccinations
• Proof of Residency – either the most recent electric bill in parent’s name with address or lease/housing contract
• CDIB card or other tribal registration, if applicable for the student
• Court documents, if applicable for the student

 

TRANSFER STUDENTS:  LIVING OUT OF SEQUOYAH’S DISTRICT

Students who live outside the district MUST also complete a transfer application at the time of enrollment. 

 

***** Note: PreK, come in and get your spot. Once all 80 allotted enrollment spots are filled, we will not be able to take any other PreK students. Please make every attempt to get enrolled early with all student information and documentation completed
