Middle School Principal's Message

Sequoyah Parents & Patrons,

The end of the year is almost here. We are fast and furiously preparing for state testing. The kids and teachers are working hard to get ready. In addition to the classroom work the kids are also working hard to represent our community in the many activities and extracurriculars Sequoyah has to offer.

Basketball and Archery just wrapped up and now the kids are focused on Academic Team, Baseball, Soccer, Track, Trap, Ag, Art Shows, and many other activities and functions as well. Its important to remember that during this really busy time of year it is also testing season. Please help by encouraging your student to be at school every day, to work hard, and to prioritize academics.

It’s been a great year so far and the staff members here at Sequoyah Middle School are looking forward to our kids proving that Sequoyah is a great school and one of the top performing schools in the state.
