“Sequoyah Public School collects personally identifiable data provided by the Parent/Guardian of our students.  This data includes: names, addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, employment information and social security numbers.  The data collected is stored in a highly secured Student Information Database that is only accessed by highly qualified personnel with Sequoyah Public School.”
