Welcome to Fundamentals of Technology!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to a new school year! I am excited to have your student in Fundamentals of Technology and look forward to helping them build the technology skills they will use throughout middle school, high school, and beyond.

In Fundamentals of Technology, students will explore a variety of technology concepts and develop practical skills through hands-on activities, projects, and problem-solving. Topics will include computer hardware and software, digital citizenship and online safety, productivity tools, coding and computational thinking, and other foundational technology skills.

My goal is to help students become confident, responsible, and capable technology users while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

Daily Calendar/ Assignments can be found on our class website. Students do check the website daily when coming to class for daily assignments, activities, and important class information.

Please encourage your student to come to class prepared, participate actively, take care of their technology equipment, and ask questions when they need help. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
